A couple of questions:

Are front snow tires only, OK? Or do I need 4?

Do I need to loosen or tighten the rear? I hear conflicting advice.

All this is on a 93 Sentra

thanks
Louis

What's your car doing now? If it's already loose, than you certainly don't want to do anything that'll make it rotate more.

I used to rallyx a Neon. It was all stock and it tended to push. I tried fooling around with the hand brake but I'm not talented enough to make that work. I found my best times came when I drove it more like an autocross and simly slowed down for the corners. It's not as much fun though.

Front only snow tires? I think it'd work just fine. Certainly won't hurt to try.

Great advice...slow down!

I was having so much fun going sideways, it didn't occur to me that was the slow way around..
